» How long will it take for me to receive my order?

→Typically production of customised garments takes 7 working days. Delivery will then take 24-48 hours dependent on which delivery method you have chosen. Some items may take longer than this and the ship by date will be listed on the email order confirmation you should receive after placing your order.

» What is the collect addres is I choose the delivery method 'Collect in Store'?

→The address for collections is 8 Palatine Industrial Estate, Causeway Avenue, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6QQ. Our opening times are Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1700.

» How can I find out what date my order is due to complete production?

→ Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to view your order confirmation online. On your order confirmation, there is a ship by date listed. This is the date your order is due to have completed production. 

» I placed my order online, but have not recived an email confirmation?

→ Please check your spam folders, our automated emails can get picked up as spam by some providers, particularly Hotmail and Gmail, and we find 9 times out of 10 emails have gone to spam/junk folders.

» Who do I contact in relation to a query about my order or potential order?

» Can I return my order if I change my mind once I have received it?

→ No. As items are customised with your company/organisation/club logo we cannot guarantee we will receive an order for the item you have purchased in that size from another member of your organisation.
